RCA For Practitioners:
The 2-day seminar "Root Cause Analysis for Practitioners" is Apollo's most popular course. It provides a working knowledge of the Apollo root cause analysis methodology to anyone from any background. Topics include the fundamentals of causes, problem analysis, the unique Apollo Cause & Effect Charting method, and facilitation of an effective investigation. Half of the second day is devoted to working on a real-life problem where you put your new skills into practice. Upon completion, the student will be able to facilitate an entire investigation. This course includes a 180 page training manual, a copy of RealityCharting™ RCA software and handy reference cards. In addition to the course manual and software, each student will also receive a copy of our textbook, "Apollo Root Cause Analysis-A New Way of Thinking" by Dean L. Gano. Effective learning goes beyond the classroom, so we request each student to complete an Apollo RCA on one of their own problems and submit their RCA report to us within 30 days.
