  OBJECTIVE: Provide the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and support an Apollo root cause analysis program.
  
  RECOMMENDED AUDIENCE: People who have who have been chosen to help develop and support an Apollo root cause analysis program. Students must first attend Apollo Root Cause Analysis for Practitioners.
  
  COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Apollo Root Cause Analysis Super User/Program Champion Course provides advanced knowledge and skills, beyond the Apollo Root Cause Analysis for Practitioners course. This course is customized to fit the needs of the organization and align with the objectives and the goals of the RCA program. In general, the course is designed to provide the knowledge necessary to effectively lead and implement an overall RCA program for the site or business unit as well as to develop highly skilled facilitators. Included are modules on advanced RCA skills, critical review of problem analysis, human error and driving behaviors, facilitator development, program payback metrics, and program design/rollout.
